A Richland County deputy has been charged with third degree domestic violence.
Lexington County deputies responded to the home of William Carlson, 32, on Dec. 7 following an altercation with his wife. Responding officers determined Carlson was the primary aggressor and arrested him without incident.
Carlson’s bond was set at $5,000.
