The Lexington County Detention Center applies a one-day delay to inmate listings posted online to protect families and reduce fraud. Pursuant to S.C. Code §30-4-30(D)(3) daily inmate rosters are available for review at the front desk of the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department, 521 Gibson Road, Lexington. Please note: No law enforcement agency will ever call to demand wire transfers, gift cards or immediate payments over the phone for bail or court fees. If you receive a suspicious call regarding an inmate, end the call immediately.
