LEXINGTON, S.C. – Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon is pleased to announce the following promotions and transfers.
Joseph Andaloro has transferred to domestic violence investigator. Andaloro previously worked in the Property Crimes Unit. He has been serving the county since 2011.
Josh Boozer has been promoted to master deputy. Boozer previously worked as resident deputy in Gilbert. He has been serving the county since 2020.
Joyce Frazier has been promoted to field training officer in detention. Frazier previously worked as a detention deputy. She has been serving the county since 2025.
Luke Keck has been promoted to field training officer in detention. Keck previously worked as a detention deputy. He has been serving the county since 2023.
Matthew Kyzer has transferred to sergeant in the intelligence unit. Kyzer previously worked as sergeant in patrol. He has been serving the county since 2012.
Amanda Pineda has been promoted to Domestic Violence Program Coordinator. Pineda previously worked as a legal assistant. She has been serving the county since 2020.
Aaron Spaulding has been promoted to Record Coordinator. Spaulding previously worked as a records technician. He has been serving the county since 2022.
Christopher Threatt has been promoted to sergeant in patrol. Threatt previously worked as a master deputy. He has been serving the county since 2019.
