LEXINGTON, S.C. – Lexington County Sherriff Jay Koon is pleased to announce the following promotions and transfers.
Robert Singleton has been promoted to major of the Lexington County Detention Center. Singleton previously worked as a captain in the detention center. He has served the county since 1990.
Art Seboe has been promoted to a sergeant in patrol. Seboe previously worked as a master deputy in patrol. He has served the county since 2017.
Derek Howell has been promoted to sergeant in the Professional Standards Division. Howell previously worked as an investigator in the Major Crimes Unit. He has served the county since 2018.
Bryan Sharpe has transferred to investigator in the Major Crimes Unit. Sharpe previously worked as a master deputy in patrol. He has served the county since 2015.
Jeramie Mackinson has been promoted to an investigator in the Major Crimes Unit. Mackinson previously worked as patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2018.
Alania Spohn has been promoted to a master deputy in patrol. Spohn previously worked as a field training officer. She has served the county since 2018.
Dane Walker has been promoted to a master deputy in patrol. Walker previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2019.
Joseph Staley has been promoted to a field training officer in patrol. Staley previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2018.
Taylor McChesney has been promoted to a field training officer in patrol. McChesney previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2019.
Patrick Myers has been promoted to resident deputy in Swansea. Myers previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2018.
Bryan Senn has been promoted to a resident deputy in Gilbert. Senn previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2019.
