LEXINGTON, S.C. – Lexington County Sherriff Jay Koon is pleased to announce the following promotions and transfers.

Robert Singleton has been promoted to major of the Lexington County Detention Center. Singleton previously worked as a captain in the detention center. He has served the county since 1990.

Art Seboe has been promoted to a sergeant in patrol. Seboe previously worked as a master deputy in patrol. He has served the county since 2017.

Derek Howell has been promoted to sergeant in the Professional Standards Division. Howell previously worked as an investigator in the Major Crimes Unit. He has served the county since 2018.

Bryan Sharpe has transferred to investigator in the Major Crimes Unit. Sharpe previously worked as a master deputy in patrol. He has served the county since 2015.
